• Pricing & VAT: All prices on www.promotional.net are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) as follows:

  • Businesses within the EU (outside Greece): 0% VAT applies upon providing a valid VIES VAT number.

  • Retail and Business Customers in Greece: 24% VAT is included in the final price.

  • Retail Customers in the EU and Worldwide: 24% VAT is included in the final price.

• Delivery Times & Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the product, ranging from 3 business days to 3 weeks. Specific estimates will be provided during the order process.

  • Customers may choose their preferred shipping company for delivery. Promotional.net is not responsible for the shipping costs or any delays caused by the customer's chosen courier. The responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer and their chosen carrier upon dispatch from our facilities.

• Order Delays: Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • The product is delayed by our supplier.

  • The product you ordered has been discontinued.

  • In periods of extreme weather, strikes, or force majeure.

9. Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

• Right of Withdrawal (Unprinted Products):
  You have the right to return any unprinted products within 14 calendar days from the day you received them. To be eligible for a return, the products must be in the same condition you received them: unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accompanying documents (e.g., receipt, invoice).
  The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. A refund for the product's value will be processed within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Returns for Printed / Customized Products:
  Products that have been printed, customized, or produced specifically for your order cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to your specifications.

• Returns for Defective Products (Printed & Unprinted):
  In cases where, by proven fault of Promotional.net, a product sold is defective, damaged during transit (under our shipping arrangements), or incorrect, we take full responsibility.

  • For defective unprinted products, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

  • For defective printed products, we will assess the issue and offer a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund or a credit for a future order.

• Refused Deliveries: If you place an order, it is shipped, and you refuse to receive it, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred (both the initial delivery and the return).

The warranties for products sold on www.promotional.net are provided directly by the original product suppliers or manufacturers. The terms, duration, and conditions of the warranty vary by product and are determined by the supplier.

Promotional.net will assist in facilitating communication between you and the supplier for any warranty claims. However, the final decision regarding repair, replacement, or other remedies under the warranty rests solely with the supplier.
