Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Order Cancellation

After Shipment: If your order has already been dispatched, you cannot cancel it. However, you may return it according to the terms of our return policy below. In this case, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (for the initial delivery and the return).
2. Right of Withdrawal for Unprinted Products
In accordance with EU consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of unprinted products within 14 calendar days from the day you receive them, without needing to provide a reason.
Conditions for Returns:
Returned products must be in the exact condition they were received:

They must be unused and have no damage.

They must be in their original, unopened factory packaging (e.g., box or cellophane).

They must be accompanied by all original documents (e.g., Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).
If these conditions are met, you may send the product back to us after first contacting our customer service department. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product does not meet these conditions.
Return Process for Unprinted Products:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A refund for the original purchase price of the product(s) will be issued within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Policy for Printed & Custom-Made Products
Due to their custom nature, products that have been printed or otherwise customized to your specifications are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. Returns or exchanges for these items are not accepted unless the product is defective.
4. Returns for Defective Products
In cases where, by proven fault of Promotional.net, you received a product that is defective, of poor quality, or incorrect due to an error in ordering or invoicing, we will take full responsibility.

Resolution for Defective Products:

Defective Unprinted Products: We will offer a full replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the costs for both the return and re-shipment.

Defective Printed Products: For printed or customized products with a proven defect, we will offer a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis, which will be either a partial refund or a store credit to be used on a future order.
5. Refusal of Delivery
If you place an order, it is dispatched to you, and you refuse to accept the delivery from the courier, you will be held responsible for the entirety of the shipping costs. This includes the initial shipping fee from us to you and the cost of the order being returned to us.
